MIT World Peace University (MIT-WPU) is a unique educational institution located in Pune, Maharashtra, that integrates academic excellence with the philosophy of world peace and holistic development. Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech (All Branches)
10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) from recognized board. Minimum 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST/OBC). Valid JEE Main / MHT-CET / PERA (MIT-WPU entrance) score mandatory. Direct admission under management quota based on 12th marks.
MBA Program
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks (45% for reserved). Valid CAT / MAT / CMAT / MH-CET / GMAT score required. Work experience preferred. Group Discussion & Personal Interview round mandatory.
BA-LLB / BBA-LLB (Integrated) & LLB (3 Years)
10+2 for integrated (45% marks). Bachelor’s degree for LLB (45% marks). CLAT / LSAT India / MIT-WPU Law Entrance Test (LET) score accepted. Personal interview for final selection.
B.Des (Design)
10+2 from any stream with minimum 50% marks. UCEED / NIFT / MIT-WPU Design Aptitude Test (DAT) followed by portfolio review and studio test. Creative portfolio mandatory.
BCA & B.Sc (CS)
10+2 with minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved). Mathematics/Computer Science preferred. Direct admission based on 12th percentage and personal interview.
M.Tech & PhD
M.Tech: B.Tech/BE in relevant discipline with 50% marks. GATE / MH-CET / PERA score required. PhD: Master’s degree with 55% marks + UGC-NET/CSIR or MIT-WPU Research Entrance Test (RET).
Admission Process
Step-by-Step Admission Guide (2025–26)
Choose Program & Register
Visit MIT-WPU admission portal. Register with basic details. Pay application fee (₹1,500). B.Tech candidates register for JEE/MHT-CET/PERA separately.
Appear for Entrance Exam
B.Tech: PERA (Feb/Mar) or JEE/MHT-CET. MBA: CAT/MAT. Law: CLAT/LSAT. Design: MIT-WPU DAT. Submit scores before deadline (May 2025).
Application & Counselling
Fill online application form. Upload documents, entrance scores, and photograph. Shortlisted candidates called for counselling/interview (April-June 2025).
Portfolio / Interview Round
For Design: Portfolio review + studio test. For MBA/Law: Personal Interview + Group Discussion. For B.Tech: Document verification only.
Seat Allotment & Fee Payment
Provisional seat allotment via email/portal. Pay initial admission fee (₹50,000) within 7 days. Balance fee as per semester schedule.
Document Verification & Orientation
Submit original documents at campus. Attend mandatory orientation (July/August 2025). Hostel allocation on first-come basis.
